Chicken Wing Chicken Wing…
Anyone else’s kids sing this song? LOL stuck in our heads all day long. Alright let’s get started. First up, add some olive oil to the bottom of a baking dish and preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Grab 2 shallow bowls. Add 2 eggs to one and mix together. Next, mix together the ranch seasoning packet, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese in the other shallow bowl. Set them aside. Grab a cutting board and some plastic wrap. Place chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound it down so they are 1/4 inch thick or so.
Next, add some salt and pepper to your chicken breasts and dip them into the egg wash followed by the bread crumb mixture. Make sure it is heavily coated on each side. Place chicken breasts into the baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
This recipe is easy for weeknights and can be paired with so many different sides. I will link a few of our favorites below! This oven baked ranch chicken also makes great leftovers in a bowl of rice.
Enjoy.
