Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts is one of our favorite side dishes. They are so versatile and you can pair them with any main dish. Try out this recipe with balsamic vinaigrette, bacon and bleu cheese crumbles.

This recipe is quite simple and quick to whip up. Makes for a perfect side this holiday season. Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Brussels sprouts pair great with turkey and potatoes!
First up, cook your bacon on the stove until crispy. Set aside on a plate and toss your Brussels sprouts into the bacon grease and cook them up. This is where they get their flavor from. Once they are cooked, add them to a bowl. Drizzle in some balsamic vinaigrette and mix together. Chop up your bacon into bits and add to the bowl with the bleu cheese crumbles. Combing everything together and serve.
