Roasted Potatoes
Garlic parmesan roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish to any meal. They are crispy and delicious. Serve by themselves or dip in a mixture of ketchup + sriracha. Let’s get started. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. First off wash and cut the potatoes in half. In a medium mixing bowl toss them with olive oil.
Add in salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Next, add in the Parmesan cheese and mix together.
Grease a baking sheet and dump the potatoes onto it. Flip every potato over to the flat side to cook first, this will crisp them up. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Halfway through toss the potatoes and continue baking until they are browned and crisped at the edges.
When they are close to finished, melt butter in the microwave in a small dish and add in parsley. Mix together. Remove the potatoes from the oven and drizzle the butter mixture over top. Serve the garlic parmesan roasted potatoes and enjoy!
You can also take these crisp potatoes for a dip in a mixture of ketchup and sriracha. Yum! Full recipe below.
