Sugar cookie Easter egg fruit pizza

powdered sugar
cream cheese

First, place sugar cookie dough on somewhat of a floured surface. Roll it out and shape in like an egg. I placed mine on parchment paper to prevent any sticking to a baking sheet. While it is baking, make your frosting. In a medium mixing bowl whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. You can also chop up your fruit. Once the cookie is done, frost it and place fruit on however you prefer!
Drizzle some honey on top, cut and enjoy.
