Oreo Cookies

Have any of you tried my chocolate chip cookie recipe? As in, the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever have? Well, recently I decided to toss in Oreo cookie crumbs and voila I give you, the best Oreo cookies. They are perfectly soft and melt in your mouth. Grab a glass of milk and let’s get started.

INGREDIENTS

  • cookies & cream instant pudding

  • Oreos *crushed*

  • butter

  • sugar

  • brown sugar

  • vanilla extract

  • egg

  • flour

  • salt

  • baking soda

OREO COOKIES COMING YOUR WAY!

Everything is pretty much the same as my Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe, except for the chocolate chips of course. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter for a hot second in the microwave before it blows up and then, in stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add in the vanilla and egg. Do not over-beat the egg! Add in flour, baking soda, 1/2 of the pudding packet and salt. Beat until it is all incorporated.

Once your dough forms, you will want to add in your crushed Oreos. I crushed about 10 Oreos and kept the pieces relatively big for the best Oreo bite. Mix well. The dough may appear dry but don’t fret, your cookies will turn out. Now, with a cookie scoop, scoop up some dough and plop it on your cookie sheet. These don’t have to be perfectly rounded. Place in the oven and bake for 11-13 minutes. The cookies will look pale. Once they are done, let them cool on the baking sheet for up to 20 minutes.
