Pumpkin Dessert
This no-bake pumpkin dessert has all the spice and warmth of classic pumpkin pie but with a cool whip filling and a crust that adds the perfect crunch. Everyone at your dinner table will be asking for seconds!
INGREDIENTS
cream cheese
milk
sugar
cool whip
pure pumpkin
instant vanilla pudding
cinnamon
ginger
graham cracker crumbs
butter
sugar
No Bake Dessert for the WIN
First off, make the graham cracker crust. This will need to set in the fridge for an hour. Add melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
When ready, let’s make layer 1. Add cream cheese, milk and sugar to a medium bowl and whisk together. You can do this either by hand or using a hand mixer. Stir in cool whip and spread on top of graham cracker crust.
Now, for the last layer. Add pumpkin, pudding mix, spices and the remainder 2 cups of milk to a medium bowl and whisk together. Spread that over the cool whip layer. Cover with your lid and place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Serve and top with cool whip. Enjoy!
