Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, scratch that — I mean BUSIEST. Over at 2hungrydaughters we are not letting the hustle and bustle ruin our dinner plans. Crockpot Recipes are our favorite because they are quick, convenient and give off the best smells in your house all day long. This crockpot chicken and stuffing is a great weeknight meal.
INGREDIENTS
chicken breasts
1 pkg of chicken stuffing
cream of chicken soup
all purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
paprika
minced onion
splash of water
No time for meals except this one
Grab out your most loved kitchen item, the crock pot! Spray the inside with nonstick spray or use a crockpot liner. Add in the chicken breasts. Season the chicken with the AP rub, minced onion and paprika. Next up, pour in the cream of chicken soup and top off with stuffing mix. Cook on low for 5 hours. Halfway through, you can shred your chicken and add a splash of water if it seems dry. There you have it, the easiest recipe ever that results in tasty comfort food goodness. Pair it with a side of green beans and you have one easy weeknight meal. OUR FAVORITE!
Enjoy.
