INGREDIENTS
ground beef
onion
all purpose rub (salt, pepper, garlic)
cubed cheddar cheese
biscuit dough
melted butter
garlic powder
parmesan cheese, grated
optional : fresh parsley, chopped
Burger sauce --
splash of pickle juice
equal parts ketchup and mayo
1 chopped pickle
dash of sugar
These are a must.
Let’s go! First off, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Then, add in onions and season with an AP rub. Next, flatten each biscuit, place a large spoonful of the beef mixture onto biscuit and top with a cube of cheese. Fold edges over and seal tightly. Place dough balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Melt butter and add in garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Brush each dough ball with butter mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with parsley and serve with burger sauce! Personally, the burger sauce is a MUST.
Enjoy!
