Restaurant style chicken tenders

Chicken recipes are one of our favorite and these just might turn into your new favorite weeknight meal. Hand breaded homemade chicken tenders are just better. Cure your fast food cravings with this delicious recipe. Let’s go!

First up, you need 3 shallow bowls. One for the flour + poultry seasoning, one for your eggs, water and poultry seasoning and another bowl for the bread crumbs and poultry seasoning. Once your station is ready to go, prepare your chicken and trim the fat. You can either cut chicken breasts into strips or use chicken cutlets.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Dip chicken into the flour, followed by the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. Place on a sprayed baking sheet; preferably one with a rack. Once all of the chicken is ready to go, place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Side note, you can also use an air fryer! Make sure to spray it with cooking spray and set your air fryer to 400 degrees, cooking the strips 4-5 minutes per side.

Take out, serve with your favorite dipping sauce and Enjoy!
