the BEST pork chops.
First thing, dry off the pork chops with a paper towel and set aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add in Asian Zing sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, dijon, garlic and pepper. Mix everything together. Grab a ziplock baggy, add pork chops and marinade. Give it a good rub together to make sure the pork chops are coated. Place in the fridge to marinate for atleast an hour or two.
When the time has come, fire the grill up to 400 degrees. Spray with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place pork chops on the grill and cook with indirect heat for about 15 minutes per side. The internal temp when done should be 145 degrees. Take off, cut up and enjoy!
