V’s Birthday Party

This last weekend was a dream come true for our sweet 5 year old. I am not sure if our house could have been filled with anymore magic. This year is her *golden* birthday and we wanted to make it as special as we could. She loves princess Jasmine and sings songs from the movie Aladdin all day long. What better way to celebrate than with a magical picnic and a royal visit from the princess herself, for her Arabian nights birthday party.

The best part about my daughters Arabian nights birthday party is that I had little prep and set up to do, as Miko Events took care of it all. Talk about a mom win. I purchased 3 things; a back drop for photos, a cardboard cut out 5 to fill with balloons and whipped up my own balloon garland. Sanja came over 1 hour before the party and worked her magic for about 35 minutes. She was speedy and kind. We chatted like we had known each other for years. Bippity Boppity Boo our kitchen transformed into a magical Arabian Nights picnic. It looked like a whole new world

TALK ABOUT A MAGICAL MOMENT

Not only did our home feel like a scene out of Aladdin but the next addition brought it all to life. Insert Jasmine from Magical Moments. We were graced with princess Jasmine for one hour and it was filled with so much fun. The Fairy God Mothers were so helpful with the kids and made each of them feel special. Working with Magical Moments was so smooth from the booking to the arrival.

WAIT, WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD?

Oh yah, that’s right. There was FOOD involved, I promise. My daughter requested homemade chocolate donuts. I have made these multiple times and they are SO delicious. (recipe coming soon) I also made homemade Funfetti cupcakes for friends and family. Snacks for the kids consisted of a charcuterie board with meat, cheese, crackers, carrots, popcorn, pretzels, apple sauce pouches, yogurt pouches, juice boxes and apple slices. No photos were captured, we were in awe of Jasmine. Sorry!

I cannot say enough how wonderful and full of magic my daughters Golden Birthday party was. Miko Events and Magical Moments were both so easy to work with and fun to have come into our home. I got to sit back and enjoy the Arabian nights birthday party without stressing the next thing. Talk about a dream come true. I cannot wait to book more events with both of them! If you are looking for a princess or a fairy friend I highly suggest Magical Moments and if you are looking for a kids picnic, adult picnic or a kids sleepover, I suggest Miko Events. They are both AMAZING!
