These simple, no-bake energy balls are perfect for on the go snacking! These energy balls are full of protein and will keep you satisfied for hours. These bite size snacks are perfect for anyone. There are so many varieties you can make with these! You can add protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, etc. They can be made as nut free or vegan. My 2hungrydaughters eat 3 at a time, no joke! They love them. Now how about we get to making them.

Grab all of your ingredients, a spatula and a large mixing bowl. Start by adding in your dry oatmeal, coconut flakes, peanut butter, flaxseed, honey (or maple syrup) and mix it all together. Add in your vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix all of that together. It will be difficult to get it going but once you do, it mixes easily.

The mixture will be slightly sticky but still crumbly. Your hands will get very sticky but once you get all the balls rolled, wash your hands and pop them in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. Then they will be ready to enjoy.

When we make these, we do two different options. The girls love m&m’s in theirs. These energy balls are perfect for on the go or as a treat in your children’s lunchbox! Hope you enjoy them!
