The best part about these no-bake Oreo Cheesecake bars is that they are easy and only requires a handful of ingredients. It is also a big batch dessert that can easily feed a crowd. Let’s get started.
We will start with the crust. Crush the oreos in a food processor until they are finely ground. Melt butter in microwave and add crushed Oreos, mixing together.. In a 9x13 pan, press Oreo mixture down to form a crust. Pop this in the freezer while you make the cheesecake filling.
For the filling. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, with a hand mixer until smooth. Next, add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add in whip cream and crushed Oreos, mix everything together until combined. Finally, spoon the mixture over the chilled crust, spreading out evenly. Top with additional chopped Oreos and sprinkles, if you like. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Enjoy!
