Pumpkin Pie Twists

INGREDIENTS
crescent roll dough
pumpkin puree
brown sugar
maple syrup
cloves
nutmeg
butter
cinnamon sugar
whip cream
Easy and delicious
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, cloves and nutmeg. Unroll the crescent dough on a cutting board. Cut the dough in half so you have two identical rectangles and lay them beside each other. Next, evenly spread the pumpkin mixture over one of the rectangles of dough. Careful not to overstuff, you may have extra mixture leftover. Place the second rectangle of dough on top of the first one(so the pumpkin mixture is sandwiched between them!)
Line up the edges. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips. Twist strips carefully and place on baking sheet. In a small bowl, melt butter and brush over each twist. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over all of the twists. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with whip cream and cinnamon sugar, enjoy!
