sausage ring
pasta
olive oil
butter
tomato paste
minced garlic
cajun seasoning
oregano
red pepper flakes
heavy cream
parmesan cheese

Pasta is a fan favorite in this household. I whipped up this easy to make creamy Cajun pasta in 30 minutes. You’re going to love it! Let’s go. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt. Cook noodles until they are al dente. While the pasta is boiling. Heat up a skillet over medium high heat and add in oil and sliced sausage. Cook until it is lightly browned, flipping them over a few times. Take sausage out and set aside.
In that same pan, add butter and tomato paste. Once the butter is melted, add in garlic, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes and oregano. Pour in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Once sauce thickens and is boiling, add in sausage and noodles. Toss to coat everything.
