This creamy, one pan chicken orzo bake is comfort food at its best. It has tender chicken and orzo smothered in a Boursin cheese sauce and ready in 30 minutes. One simple dish loaded with flavor.

First off, don’t let the ingredients list scare you. Most of these items you should already have in your fridge or pantry.

Let’s get started. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a large baking dish, add in avocado oil and diced chicken breast. Now, add in all of your seasoning followed by the lemon juice. Make a hole in the center and place Boursin cheese in the middle. Add in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Next, add orzo, chicken broth and water throughout the entire dish. Push the orzo down so that it is in the liquid. Make sure everything is evenly distributed in the dish.

(Cooking time may vary depending on the type of dish you are using; ceramic vs glass) Check your chicken prior to eating, the internal temperature should be 165 degrees. When it is done, take it out and push down the Boursin cheese and spread it around the entire dish, coating everything. Let the orzo soak up all the liquid and sit for 5-10 minutes prior to eating.
