This hotdish is full of meat, veggies, soup, cheese and topped with tator tots for a super satisfying meal.

Hotdish Comin in HOT

Hotdish or Casserole. Either works! This meal is budget friendly and will feed your whole family. Alright, heat up your oven and lets get rockin. I like to brown my hamburger in the same pan that I plan to cook the hotdish in. So for this tator tot hotdish recipe, it’s best to use a dutch oven or 9x13 glass dish. First thing, you want to brown and season your hamburger. I am all about the Killer Hogs AP Rub; salt, pepper and garlic. Drain meat and set aside.

In a medium glass mixing bowl, add in corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, fiesta nacho cheese and milk. Mix it all together until it is combined. Add in the meat and mix again. Once it is all incorporated, set aside. Place one layer of tator tots in the bottom of your dutch oven or baking dish. Pour meat mixture over top. Top with one more layer of tator tots. Cover and place in the oven.

Pretty easy, am I right? I like to take the cover off half way through and cook the tator tot hotdish. Pro-tip for crispy tator tots, hit broil for 3-5 minutes after cooking for 1 hour.

This meal feeds a crowd and makes great leftovers. Enjoy :)
