Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Baked potatoes in an air fryer? Yup, coming your way! These air fryer baked potatoes are super easy to prep and perfect on their own or topped with your favorite toppings. I don’t know about you but my girls and I are very into meat and potatoes. Baked potatoes pair with pretty much anything like grilled chicken, steak, burgers, etc. Follow along for the best air fryer baked potatoes. P.S. This recipe only calls for 3 potatoes because our girls share one.
INGREDIENTS
3 russet potatoes
olive oil
Killer Hogs AP rub or salt, pepper, garlic
nonstick cooking spray
toppings: butter, sour cream, chives
POTATEO OR POTATO?
The best tip I can give you for these air fryer baked potatoes, is to make sure that the potatoes are roughly all the same size. Now first, pre heat your air fryer to 400 degrees and wash your potatoes. Once they are nice and clean, drizzle on some oil and massage the potato. Cover them in oil, just make sure they aren’t dripping. Time to add on the AP rub, go big or go home. Seasoning is KEY! Rub it in so the salt is on all sides of the potato. Now you are going to spray your air fryer with non stick cooking spray. Throw in the potatoes and cook for 35-45 minutes. Check the potatoes and poke with a fork and if the inside is soft, they are done.
The outcome? Baked potatoes that are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Be sure to let them cool for a few minutes. Then open them up and serve with you favorite toppings. Linked below are some great air fryers and my favorite oil bottle with a cork.
