A pasta salad that your kids will eat!
Pasta salad is such a versatile side that pairs great with any type of barbecue, birthday party or family gathering. You will love this kid friendly pasta salad recipe because it is quick and easy. You can add in black olives or tomatoes too. Let’s get started.
First, cook your rotini according to pkg instructions. Rinse under cold water and set aside. Chop up cucumbers and toss them into the noodles with pepperonis and mozzarella pearls. I like to cut my cucumbers in half as well as the pepperonis if I can’t find the mini ones.
Next up, add in 1/2 a bottle of Italian dressing and make sure everything is incorporated. Now add about a half of a jar of salad supreme seasoning. This is what makes this kid friendly pasta salad taste SO GOOD. It is one of the best seasoning by far. Mix everything together so it is all covered with dressing and seasoning.
Place covered, finished pasta salad in the fridge to set. I find it tastes best when it is allowed to set for at least in hour in the fridge before serving.
