Lys’ Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
sweet potatoes
olive oil
salt
pepper
chili powder
garlic powder
paprika
cayenne pepper
cajun seasoning
Spicy and Sweet
First things first, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash, dry and peel sweet potatoes. Cut sweet potatoes into slices and then quarters. Throw them all into a ziplock bag and coat with olive oil.. Next, shake each seasoning 2-3 times over the potatoes, zip up the bag and mix everything together. Making sure everything Is coated. Place into a greased baking dish, cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Check on them occasionally and give them a stir as needed. They will be soft and delicious when they are done. Serve Lys’ sweet potatoes with your favorite protein.
