Everything but the Bagel Breakfast Croissants

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large, fresh Croissants (Costco)

  • eggs

  • milk

  • salt and pepper

  • cheddar cheese, slices

  • bacon (cooked)

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Breakfast Club

Let’s get started. First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the croissants in half, lengthwise and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Fire up the stove and whip up some scrambled eggs. I always add a splash of milk to ours to make them extra fluffy and a little salt and pepper. Add a slice of cheese to the bottom half of each croissant. Next, add scrambled eggs topped with 2 slices of bacon. Add another slice of cheese, to each croissant and put the tops on. Crack 1 large egg in a bowl, beat it and then brush the tops of each croissant with it. Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Take out and enjoy!

Everything but the Bagel Breakfast Croissants are such an easy and tasty option if you’re hosting guests during the holidays. You can also freeze these by wrapping them in tinfoil and heating them up in the oven. PRO TIP — cook bacon in the oven while you’re prepping everything; 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
