First up, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cook your shells according to package instructions. Drain the water and fill with cold water to stop the shells from sticking to each other. In a large mixing bowl, make the cheese filling. Add ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, your egg and pizza and pasta seasoning. Mix everything together and set aside.
Next up, whip up the sauce. In a large skillet, add oil and onion and saute until softened. Add in garlic and pizza and pasta seasoning. Once the garlic is fragrant, add in 3 cups of your favorite pasta sauce. We love to use Rao’s because it has the least amount of sugar added. Bring to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes.
Prep the dish. Add your pasta sauce to the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Set that aside and start filling your shells. Using a cooking scoop, stuff your shells with the cheese filling and place them in the baking dish. Sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Take out and enjoy!
