Saucy, cheesy and comfort food at its best. These stuffed shells are easy to make and great when feeding a crowd. Not to mention delicious and very satisfying. Round out this meal with a green salad and garlic bread.
Creamy Baked Spaghetti
This creamy baked spaghetti has layers of noodles and ground beef tossed in pasta sauce and a delicious cheesy center. Pair it with a salad and breadsticks and you’ve got a meal your family will love. Sure you could make just plain old spaghetti with noodles and sauce but this baked spaghetti is so creamy, you will want to come back for seconds. This creamy baked spaghetti is packed with hearty comfort food flavors and is an easy week night meal. My girls LOVE this. In our house, carbs are #1; great for my girls, not so great for me – HAHA!
Homemade Lasagna
We love summer but this morning we got a taste of fall and let me tell you.. it felt GREAT! Bring on all of the warm meals and full bellies. You will never buy store bought lasagna again.
Creamy Spinach and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Whoa, that’s a mouthful but talk about delicious. This creamy spinach and chicken fettuccine is my secret weapon for busy weeknights or a lazy weekend. With a creamy Alfredo inspired sauce, you’re sure to be asking for seconds. Italian food is probably our second favorite, you know we love Mexican food.
Creamy White Pasta Sauce
How many of you are tired from all the holiday cooking!? I know I am. Which brings me to my latest recipe. A creamy white pasta sauce with only 2 ingredients. Yup, that’s right 2 ingredients. My dear mom friends, I am telling you this recipe is quick and easy. You can make it in minutes, any day of the week.
Tortellini Soup
This may be coming out of left field but let me tell you, that I don’t really like soup. I find the consistency to be very weird and I have struggled with finding what I love. It also makes me really warm, even if it is negative 10 degrees outside. BUT I don’t want my 2hungrydaughters to be picky so I decided I need to find a soup we can all enjoy. What soup is at the top of my list you ask? Cheddar potato! As well as noodles and broth (not a fan of chicken in soup). I decided to try some recipes for fall and this tortellini soup is a GAME CHANGER. Pasta + soup mixed together for one fabulous meal?? Hook, line and sinker.
