Steak Sandwiches

Leftover steak? No problem. Give these steak sandwiches a try this week, inspired by my good friend KT. We made these sandwiches twice in one week because the first time they were too good not to share. The juiciest steak perfectly wedged between ciabatta bread, the most delicious pesto aioli and melted, gooey cheese. Talk about a sandwich! This is one perfect quick dinner recipe.
