Discard giblets and neck and rinse the chicken. Pat dry with paper towels. Lather the chicken up with olive oil and seasonings. We used our favorite cluckalicious poultry seasoning and our OG Killer Hogs AP rub.

Place the chicken on the center of your grill, add a temperature probe and shut the lid. Grill for 60-90 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken hits 170 degrees. Take the chicken off, wrap it in tinfoil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Take out, cut and enjoy!
