Blackstone Chicken Fried Rice
It’s HERE! Feature Friday with another grilling recipe. This Blackstone chicken fried rice is perfect as a main course or a side dish and it’s guaranteed to please the whole family. Easy, quick and flavorful and better than takeout. Blackstone chicken fried rice is yummy and a simple dinner for any day. If you don’t have a Blackstone, don't worry. This recipe can be made on a flattop, wok or XL pan.

INGREDIENTS
day old jasmine rice
frozen vegetables
chicken
eggs
avocado oil
butter
Banchan Japanese BBQ sauce
Coco Aminos
salt & pepper to taste

First thing, day old Jasmine rice is what really makes this Blackstone chicken fried rice recipe. Make sure your Blackstone is on high heat. QUICK TIP — Before you add the vegetables, chicken and rice always put down a little avocado oil. You will first start by cooking your frozen vegetables, this will take about 6-8 minutes and then you can either remove them or set to the side. Next up, get that chicken rocking. Cook for another 6-8 minutes, flipping and cutting into pieces. Again, remove from the grill or set to the side.
Finally, we will get that fried rice going. Add the rice to the Blackstone and mix with 1/2 stick of butter. Halfway through, crack 3 large eggs, scramble them with the rice. Continue to fry. Cooking the rice should take about 6-8 minutes as well. Mix in your veggies and chicken. Add your sauces, salt and pepper and mix until it is all incorporated.
