Burnt Ends
Grilling up some pork belly! Melt in your mouth, cubed pork belly burnt ends. These burnt ends make one heck of an appetizer! Think deep, chewy pork that is coated in a sticky sauce, with an intense smokey flavor, making perfectly tender beefy candy bites.
INGREDIENTS
3lbs pork belly
2-3 Tbsp avocado oil
3 Tbsp all purpose rub
3 Tbsp beef dry rub
3 Tbsp honey hogs BBQ rub
BBQ sauce
Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce
Perfect bites of candied pork belly
Prepare your pork belly the night before by cutting into cubes and placing in the refrigerator.
Grill for 30 minutes with indirect heat at 400 degrees ~ internal temp. 190-195 degrees.
Halfway through grilling, toss burnt ends in 1/4 cup BBQ sauce + 1/4 cup BWW Asian Zing sauce and place them back on the grill.
Once they are done, toss them again in the BBQ and Asian zing sauces.
Serve & enjoy!
