Back to school is here and activities are consuming your evenings. Give this quick and easy muffin tin weeknight pizza bomb recipe a try. If you’re anything like us, pizza is definitely a main food group in our house.

pizza & pasta magic seasoning
pepperonis
mozzarella cheese

These weeknight pizza bombs are an easy recipe that not only make a great lunch but also an afternoon snack. First thing you will want to preheat your oven to 425 degrees. After that you only need 5 minutes to whip these pizza bombs up. First thing, preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Next, cut Pillsbury biscuits into 1/4ths and place in a glass mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over top and mix around. Once all the dough is covered, add in seasoning, pepperonis and cheese. Mix until that is all combined.
In your muffin tin, spray each spot with nonstick spray and add 3-4 pieces of biscuit to each container. Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Take them out and enjoy with ranch or pizza sauce or both!
