Sheet Pan Fajitas

Our 2hungrydaughters love Mexican night in our house and these sheet pan fajitas are so easy to whip up. Pair them with chips and salsa and you’ve yourself a fiesta! Colorful bell peppers, onions and chicken tossed with seasoning and sprinkled with lime juice. I can just taste the flavor bursting in my mouth. Sheet pan meals are so easy to make and even easier to clean up. They are usually healthier too and easy to swap ingredients, try these with shrimp or steak sometime. Looking for meatless Monday?
